I've had Gustavo for 3 years. My pool has never had an issue he couldn't fix. The pool is crystal clear and ready for me to swim when ever, Gustavo is friendly, attentive, has great customer service and goes the extra mile for hes customers. I will continue to have Gustavo for as long as he will have us.Ā
The service is outstanding more so because Mr. Gus is not only professional but communicates extensively about all the needs or considerations that apply to our pool operating cleanly and efficiently. In addition, because heās been involved in this neighborhood for a while, he knows our family needs when we have events that will involve the pool.Ā
Itās been a year now and we have been thrilled with every aspect of Shark Pools, including the quality and price for our weekly pool service and maintenance. Gustavo is the best; heās punctual, honest, kind, caring and a great communicator!. Our pool stays crystal clear and clean!Ā
