John from Shark Glass came out in the heaviest rain imaginable to fix our window that had broken at 3pm on a Thursday... I don't know what we would have done, but he was at our house within 30 minutes of me calling, cleaned up all the broken glass and took it away, and installed a really great product that makes me feel much safer to have the kids around (it's thicker than what was in there). We'd definitely recommend Shark Glass and use them again ourselves!
