This place is in a great location the apartments could do with updating but have everything you need. John who is reception and housekeeper and anything else that needs doing is very friendly and helpful and very hard working

Just wanted to say firstly a massive thank you for my stay at no 11 on the sea front. great room, service, location etc etc and DID NOT want to leave BUT HAD TOO! the cyclone hit! just wanted to ESPECIALLY say thank you to KELLY, who was the young lady who kept me informed of the worsening weather coming over. Hour by hour, through the night. and eventually gave me the news we had to leave. She is a star and really really appreciate her help as i was starting to get worried. Again many thanks
