Love Shari's! – I would go back to Portland just to visit Shari's. Wonderful waitstaff, amazing desserts, and phenomenal grilled cheese. Shari's rules!!!
Horrible, worst experience on my trip – I have been in Portland for over a week. The people in Portland are the nicest that I have seen in a long time. This restaurant was terrible. The service was really bad. There was a hair in our gravy, and they did nothing about it. They exchanged it for new gravy, but did nothing about the bill. The manager was extreamly rude. The hostes was incredibly impatient. Everything about this meal was terrible. Make this your absolute resort. Absoutly horrible.
Good breakfast but mediocre service – One thing what I like about Shari's is that they're the only restaurant in the Walla Walla area that is open for 24/7 and the breakfast menus are some of the best I've ever had, unfortunately the downsides of the restaurant is the service is slow and they take forever getting to you and the servers are often unfriendly towards the patrons at best and they often walk by you without checking on their customers and alot of times the patrons have to flag the servers down to get what they wan... read more
Avoid during the dinnertime hours and the lunchtime hours on the weekends, customer service usually varies. – Overall Shari's is a restaurant I like to go to during the wee hours of the morning cause it's the only restaurant that is open in town during the wee hours of the morning and I'm a late night person myself. Waste of Real Estate – Everything about this place was substandard, couln't even get a cold beer with a meal. I would virtually starve before returning to this establishment.
CHEAP MEAL – Go here for cheap food and decent service. The quality of service can fluctuate at times, but for the most part it isn't too bad.
CHEAP, BUT BEARABLE – I think the food here isn't of the best quality, but if you're looking for a cheap meal this is the place. The amount of reviews at this time reiterates the comment that I have made.
