It's like a clean Denny's and better waiters – This was our first visit to a Shari's, and we were very happy with our server and food. These are the main reasons you go out to eat. Now the bad was, it was kind of loud, but that's not a true complaint. Most restaurants are loud. Duh! The employees apeared to be happy and know everyone. This is good!
