Worst service of any Shari's I have ever been to. One should never receive and finish their meal before their spouse or significant other even receives their meal. Soup and salad not very fresh. Did not experience a good greeting upon first arriving in the building. Not very clean.
This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. A couple of friends and I decided to get some dessert at Shari's. We ordered a brownie, which came with ice cream and whipped cream. When the waitress brought the dessert to the table there was so much whipped cream and ice cream that you couldn't see the brownie. I took a bite and realized that it wasn't a brownie but chocolate cake, which I hate, covered with ice cream. The service is hit and miss but the food made me sick resulting in me missing my 2nd day of a new job.
Cannot rate less than 1 star. Short wait in line while the crew seated a large group on front of us. When the "Hostess" finally decided to acknowledge our presence and we stated we had two people her only response was" we just seated a 10 top and a 20 top and you will have to wait 30 minutes for your food". We would have ordered before the others. Typical "I'm here to draw a wage, not take care of customers" attitude seen elsewhere. the food is wonderful c: try the classic Caesar with shrimp skewers c: The only problem I had was feeling rushed from the server. she gave us no time to order, and gave us the check not even 5 minutes after getting our dinner. >.>
Save your money do not go here to eat trust me!
Took us 45 minutes to get breakfast on a Tuesday mornimg. Restaurant was NOT busy. Biscuits were hard & obviously microwaved and all food was barely lukewarm. Bacon & sausage tasted burnt. but.....Waitresses were friendly .
Delt with two different people, our order got messed up (imagine that), girlfriend ordered the trio had to wsit 20 mins after finishing before they took her pie order then another 15 mins to get it. My food portion was so small, I order the chicken strips dinner, isn't worth half of what they charge. All in all just horrible, I would understand if they were busy but we were one of 5 tables the whole time we were therw. place
service is so slow! you shouldn't have to wait 20-25 minutes for food that is microwaved or deep fried... the servers smile, but don't see to really care... they never check on you to see if your drinks are filled (or if you've even gotten them at all).. i've tried to give them a chance on several occasions, but after several times the same bad experience, i'm never going back...
