Extremely disappointed. We arrived about 5 minutes late because my mother is in a wheelchair, and despite having a 20-minute appointment, it was immediately canceled. The next available appointment was about 6 months later, which is completely unacceptable. This experience shows a serious lack of empathy and consideration for patients with mobility challenges. Healthcare should be compassionate, not rigid to the point of being unreasonable.
Outstanding! The experience was first class. All was explained and the operation was perfect. I appreciate Dr Attya’s attention to detail. I would highly recommend his service.
He explained everything, and took time to listen and answered my concerns
