A joke of a doctor! 8 years of infertility and pain came to first visit with notes to share all with her. She read them and pre judged me. Never examined me or ordered any tests. Wanted to send me out the door with many kinds of meds. Went to Northwestern where I was examined at first visit and diagnosed with adenymosis and fibroids then tests to show endometriosis. I could not ask for a better doctor than Dr. Snow. She's compassionate and made sure that I felt comfortable before I had my procedure. I am so blessed that I found her to perform my myomectomy!
This review is focused on one of Dr. Snow's nurses, but it also reflects on Dr. Snow maintaining this type of environment. Initially, my appointment seemed like a positive step forward. After that, I had some very difficult interactions with someone on her team. It was to the point where it blocked my ability to receive other medical care, and it was so frustrating it stopped me from receiving a surgery I desperately need. Dr. Snow has been my physician for 20 years. She is knowledgeable and frankly, saved my life. She performed my hysterectomy via robotic procedure and it changed my life. Dr. Snow is intelligent and compassionate. You will need to have patience with her office as sometimes things get lost in the shuffle at University of Chicago but she is worth it.
I love her. They are so wonderful and courteous. I love the atmosphere and the professionalism that each doctor has. I have been going to them for years now and would recommend them to anyone.
