As a initial review, I just want to say the customer service is outstanding. I placed an order yesterday to pick up. I realized the shop was closed for me to pick it up today as well as tomorrow and I have a hair appointment for Tuesday. I reached out to customer service and they got with me promptly and allowed me to come pick up the hair. I had two different hair textures, and the lady that helped me allowed me to feel both textures, and even allowed me to get the ones that I wanted.
