Shari is a caring, intuitive, and highly skilled Rolfer who systematically relieves my tight fascia and muscles resulting in significantly better sleep and overall health. I highly recommend her!
I have been going to Shari for Rolfing for several years now, every few months for a "tune up". She has has helped me greatly maintaining my flexibility and balance as I age (I am 78). I first started receiving Rolfing treatments from Shari in 2023, and have at least a dozen appointments since. I highly recommend her expertise. If you have constant pain or a more complex injury path to unravel, consider her approach. I've improved and i have learned a lot as well.
I have been a long time endurance athlete and the work I get done via The Rolfing Works helps me to continue my training. Shari does an amazing job. I highly recommend her work.
