My wife and I sadly had to put our 18 year old cat, Rascal, down. His diabetes was overtaking him and he was suffering. Our Vet was not available to help us so they suggested New England to us. I want to thank Dr Jose Oyola Morales and his team for the incredibly thoughtful service they provided. These wonderful people were so kind. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!
My boy is still in the hospital but I wanted to leave a review before I even know if he will return to me. I brought him in last night and Dr. Carroll was taking care of him. She was proficient and very detailed in the questions she asked, the information she relayed to me and her answers to my questions. She has very good instincts and I felt confident that she had everything under control and that he was in good hands. After one horrible emergency vet visit I had to come on here and say how thankful we are for finding New England Veterinary Center. We brought our boy Buddy in today for some lethargic abnormal behavior. New England Veterinary Center was prompt and addressed all our concerns. We were so satisfied with the staff. Our boy is home resting! We can't thank you guys enough.
My dog Stormi had a bone stuck to her back tooth I went in there mind you i live in Springfield and took care of her right away . Everyone was very professional but empathetic to the situation. I would not go anywhere else . My Stormi is one happy puppy.
