Exceptional customer service. I was really surprised at how efficient and responsive the young man working the store was alone. I took my niece and nephew here to treat them and was met with a line of 4 or so people. I had expected a long wait but was surprised when we got to the front in what felt like 5 minutes. My niece wanted to order herself despite being scared but the barista provided helpful suggestions which helped her order her drink. The bubble tea came out in no time and it was very delicious. Whoever the new person is please stop wiping your nose on your arm when making the drinks. Also, please acknowledge a costumer standing at the till. I stood there I timed 5mins no interaction. I usually love coming here but damn.

Staffs are efficient and friendly. But the tea tastes just so bad. I ordered classic milk tea with pearl , the tea has weird notes, pearl is too hard.
