The drinks I get are always amazing, but the paper straw mushed-out on me by the time I got to my car (and I just ordered it and left) I’ve had paper straws at other places that were fine, but not these ones!
I was absolutely shocked and disgusted to find the shaker lid inside my drink after I had already finished it. This is completely unacceptable and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. It’s hard to believe how something like this could happen. I hope the store takes this seriously and improves their quality control. I won’t be returning

As always, staff was kind and served me very good bubble tea. I got the taro slush with pearls. Will come back if I have the chance 🧋
