Beware, and proceed at your own risk. Pay careful attention to the fact that most of the positive reviews are from loan recipients - not investors! I invested into some ShareState loans back in 2019. Multiple are past due, lingering for years, in default. ShareStates goes months at a time without sharing updates (e.g., on one loan, the last update was shared 6+ months ago). I would never trust them with my money again, and would strongly caution others before considering investing with them.
This very much seems like a scam company, or they have the worst investment review team, as every loan that I have seen gone through their company ends up as non-collectable. They have lost my initial principal amount on every loan. Stay away if you're a smart investor, and don't make the same mistake I did.

Sharestates is a serious company which offers high yield real estate investments. However, take into account that the risk involved is also high. I have been in this business for years now and have dealt with several lenders for my renovation projects. In a hypercompetitive space, there are a lot of dishonest and exploitative players. Also, many lenders originate these loans and then forget you even exist, as soon as the loan closes.
