What used to be a powerhouse on the street has diminished to just a shadow of its former reputation. Sharestes was once a formidable force. Now, they are merely a bad vibe. They have been hit with lawsuits from investors, partners, and employees. All of this was driven by the reckless Allen Shaynefekr. Greed took over him. Please stay away; there are many other reputable lenders on the street.
Sharestates is a serious company which offers high yield real estate investments. However, take into account that the risk involved is also high.
