I live far from any office but find dealing with SharePoint by mail , phone , or internet is very easy.
I have loved this bank for the 10 years Ive banked at SharePoint .. but the new chip cards are very frustrating on how they are not working. I called customer service and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude. It has pushed my family members out of the bank... its not the credit union feel anymore.
