Our Lebanon office is terrible! They have been very helpful in many aspects of my banking needs. From my busines banking, personal, estate and wire transfers, they have the knowledge to help me with all of it.
In this day and age of virtual office visits and technology replacing humans for an old-school person like myself, I truly enjoy the personal touch of human interaction. Run!!!!!! Do NOT get a loan from this credit union. Hidden fees on loans, very difficult to attach other banks for transfers. INSANE high interest rates. GAP coverage doesnt actually cover the gap of your loan, etc.
Jeanette Weil and her team are doing a great job, very friendly, very helpful. Jeanette has help me with some issues. Keep up your great customer service
