Very Friendly ! I opened an account at this Credit Union a while back (still open). I had always dealt with banks, here at the credit union they treat you like a family as soon as you open the door employees greet you and most of them call by you name or last name. My first year as a member of the CU was so surprised when I got a letter that they were having Santa Claus at the CU. Worst Credit Union in Harris County Worst credit union in Harris County. I would never suggest this credit union. I have been a member for a long time and they are rude, they mess up on accounts, they are lazy, and many other things. These employess of this credit union are the rudest people you will ever meet. Don't use this credit union....Use Shell Federal Credit Union, Texas Bay Area Credit Union, or some one where they actually care about your business.
Recommendedthe best credit union ever. as soon as you walk in you are welcomed like family they not only help their members but their community.they volunteer and attend many of the community events and cant forget to also mention their popcorn fridays. they have an awesome president and employees that go way beyond to help
If you hate being just another “account” at your financial institution, give Shared Resources a try! They still have the personal service that makes you feel welcome and appreciated.
