They went out and looked, and told me it was an internal problem that needed to be fixed immediately. They did such a good job! Now my radiator is working better than ever. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their heating or air conditioning system

Fred was by far the friendliest and most informative interaction with Shared Heating we have had to date and we have had some great experiences with Shared Heating. He took the time to review the issues we were experiencing and was very thorough in his explanations. I hope to have him provide support in the future when we call them. Employees like him are a big reason why we continue to return to them for our needs. We have used them over the years for a new Furnace, AC, Water Heaters and maintenance needs.

Fred was comprehensive in his approach to his work today. He worked in an unhurried manner and was personable and polite. When he completed his work, he gave me appropriate feedback. When he left, I saw that he had put everything back to the condition in which he found it. I rate his work as excellent. I hope it will be Fred who will come back to do my next tune-up.
