Stay far away all they do is take your money and do not return phone calls. None of the employees have phone numbers and hide behind a outsourced answering service and do not respond to customers needs.
Rene Sobaram may be the worst account manager I have dealt with in my entire professional career. I have not received any of the bookkeeping tasks completed on time or ever. Never meeting set expectations. However, they will always collect the money from your bank account on time. This firm seems to be lost when it comes to the success of the customer relationship.
Warning to customers, go over the work they do, you will find major mistakes. I had to stop using them for my taxes, each year they made simple mistakes with my tax preparation. These mistakes would have cost me thousands. I am sure there is more mistakes they missed. Will be searching for new firm. My simple taxes seem too complicated for them.
Had a terrible experience. Their process is a mess, they are hard to get ahold of, don't communicate well, and overall were so disorganized that ultimately they directly cost me thousands in missed deadlines on tax returns. Disappointing too, since I had referred folks to them. I asked my referrals and all of them have quit working with the company too, so it's definitely not a one-off experience. Definitely cannot recommend.
The Shared Economy team are amazing accountants and advisors. I highly recommend them!
