My spouse has been out of work since the middle of August. How about this, we had to pay this company $60 for three pages to fill out and file for temporary disability! We have yet to receive anything!!
Update: My images on a disk have finally been sent out. Hooray!!! Original review: Absolutely horrible horrible experience. I have been trying to get my abnormal images sent to new facility for follow up for a week. Nothing has happened and no one has any idea when images will be sent either electriconically or otherwise. This company is awful. Huge delay in basic patient care. Once I get this sorted out and have a moment, I will be sending in the details of my experience to HIPAA compliance department.

Who in their right mind would sign a contract with this company??!? It’s nearly impossible to get them to do the only thing their company is supposed to do, which is share medical records. This may just be the most incompetent company ever… how they are still in business is a mystery to anyone who has had to go through them to get their medical records
