Literally the worse!!!! my request has been sent over to them twice. They still have not provided me with my records because they have not received my request. I can not receive care for my current pregnancy because of them and their lack of urgency. You ask to speak to a supervisor and they are nonexistent
I have paid for MY medical records. They have not produced them. I have made repeated phone calls pressuring them to get my medical records to me. I have talked to my attorney about it and the last call they were warned, don't produce by the deadline and they'll be talking to my attorney next for withholding my medical records from me. Informed attorney and we'll be calling at the deadline, which is less than 2 hrs away. Will update.
Talked to a associate today very rude would not listen to what I had to say. Very rude need to stop using doctors that use them
If your doctor uses this trash 3rd party service. GET A NEW DOCTOR!! Get A doctor that handles medical forms and paperwork in office. IF you don’t you will be screwed. These people are beyond incompetent and only have the notes that your doctor did put in the system which usually is never completely what has been discussed about your treatment. Spent three weeks trying to get paperwork accomplished. It is due today and still is not done
