My 85 yr old mom has been in ER and the hospital 3 times the last year. All the staff and again I am telling u all the staff has treated my mom and myself with great care and respect. My mom was in the Homestead facility for 8 yrs. My Family can not tell u how wonderful mom's experience was there. Never during her 8 yrs did a question the quality of life my mom had. 3 months ago mom went into Share Nursing Home. I went to Share Medical for possibly breaking my knuckles. Someone was going into the ER before so I figured I'd get into the Urget Care faster. No one was in the waiting room and I could tell my the bored looking receptionist that no one or nothing was going on. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room before being taken back. Waited another 30 minutes for a nurse to come back and take my vitals. 45 minutes until a doctor came back to see me and then I was taken to get an x-Ray. On sundaysopeny open at 12. I arrived at 12:20 and checked in. They said it would be an hour and that was hour. I waited aandour and a half in the waiting room and 2 and a half hours in the doctors office. By the time it was said and done it had been 4 hrs of waiting. With only 14 people to be seen before me. Didnt see a doctor and the staff was rude. If there was a negative rating it would be -3.
