The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they're nicer than Medishare was. Our experience with actually using Share so far has been unbelievably frustrating. The fact that they don't respond to emails and haven't been answering calls is also ridiculous. My baby is 15 months old. I first submitted all the receipts last January once I had them from the hospital. I'm so thankful I found Share Healthcare. It's a great affordable alternative to regular health insurance and I highly recommend them. I had to have surgery recently and they helped me navigate through that whole experience. From Customer Service to getting reimbursed for out of pocket expenses, I couldn't be more pleased with the process.
