Constantly having to reset on line sign in. Very nice when I call, however no help available at night or all weekends. Cannot see when entering new info which would be very helpful. Biometrics would be great. Need to improve access, both on line and by phone regarding accounts.
Opened accounts here when we moved to the area. Walked out of Superior Choice credit union because they wanted us to jump through so many hoops, and walked across the street to Share Advantage (which at the time had a West Duluth location) and was able to open an account in 5 minutes with a teller, piece of cake. All my business with Share Advantage has generally been a breeze. Only downside is they are very small, which means few locations and not a lot of more modern offerings, but they did recently introduce mobile deposi... read more
