I went in earlier this year seeking help with my power. The lady I had told me that Duke Energy will not disconnect me. Ha, they did the next day I had gave her all my paperwork showing what was needed made copies of this and that check stubs etc. Only to discovered that the representative really didn't want to help me that hurts. I had to go somewhere else to pay for my power bill. Guess what after telling her that my power was disconnect she never called back to see if I still needed them or not. THIS PLACE DESERVES MINUS 10 STARS. WELL MY STORY GOES LIKE THIS. I WENT UP THERE AT THE END OF MAY THINKING I WAS GOIN TO GET HELP BECAUSE I BEEN IN 2 VEHICLE ACCIDENTS THIS YEAR AND GOT BEHIND. SO I SAID I'M BOUT TO BE EVICTED , THIS WAS AT THE END OF MAY.SO I WENT UP THERE CAUSE I HAD AN APOINTMENT THAT WAS SCHEDULED 2 WEEKS AFTER I CALLED UP THERE.
