They need to be investigated and shut down - I am SURE they are mishandling the funds and do not actually use them to help people that qualify for assistance. I had a 9am appointment with Mrs. Sales I believe her name was, it was my second appointment because my first (which lasted 2 1/2 hours), she “needed more paperwork” than what I was originally told to bring. If you really need them they will help but they do ask for Alot of paperwork.so be prepared
