We were heading to Ottawa on March 28th. Half way there my car light told me to stop as I my oil was low. Already panicking as I just did an oil change that morning. Luckily the esso gas station directed me to Sharbot Lake Automotive. My day was not going well to begin with. But the entire staff here was exceptionally friendly, curtious and willing to help us out. Excellent experience. Muril and Zachary were very helpful and friendly. They worked on my Toyota promptly and efficiently. The garage was very clean and organized. I would definitely and highly recommend them.
A father-son camping weekend at Sharbot Lake Provincial Park threatened to go off the rails when we found a deflated tire on the car. Parks staff gave me the number for Sharbot Lake Automotive and they were out to the Park in minutes. They got air in the tire so we could drive to the shop, and once there, the tire was repaired (a nail!) in no time, and we were on our way. Great service, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Thanks to all.
We were driving to Niagara when the car developed a very bad shake. We were 15k from Sharbot lake. We crawled back and found sharbot lake automotive. Zach put the car up on hoist and had diagnosed and repaired the car in 20 minutes. He saved a ruin long weekend. Thanks Zach.
