Took my wife to Sharan's Threading Boutique and we had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the place had a really clean and calming vibe. My wife got her eyebrows threaded and also had a facial done — both turned out amazing. The threading was super precise, and the facial left her skin glowing. During my recent visit to this establishment I was burned terribly. I told the girl who was performing the service for me that the wax was too hot and she dismissed my comments and told me that is supposed to be that way. I had a terrible scar and I had to go to an event the day after. I had been a customer here for a very long time and I’m beyond disappointed. Not to mention, the girl dropped burning wax on my hair which I later had to go remove.
