The interior is beautiful, clean, and well decorated. The high ceilings add luxurious vibes. Zora is amazing. I was scared to get waxed because it has been years since the last time I did it ..but Zora is really fast and has techniques to reduce pain in sensitive areas. I will definitely come back again!
Zora did such a great job, I had the best eye brow threading experience in the states. I've been here 18 years and this was the first time I actually had a pain free and exquisite eyebrow experience. Thank you Zora, I'll be back soon.
I went there this Friday evening and got underarm wax done… I don’t know the name of the woman but she was very much inexperienced and she burned all my skin putting cold wax and then trying to pull it again and again and keep reciting you got sweat that’s why it happened and saying ohh you got a little BLOOD THERE. Your skin is sensitive and today is Hot day. I was not able to move my hand as it was all pulled out skin and it was burning touching to cloth even. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE
