I went for my underarms and the lady burnt my skin. I even told her the wax is hot when she was applying. It was in Union city location, her name was harpreet singh I guess. It was on July 12th (Sunday afternoon) I even mentioned to her very clearly , it’s my birthday week please be careful.

Bad facial service. Communicated the wrong price over the phone and up charged at the counter. Did not do a good job with the 30 minute facial. Do not recommend for any facials.
I couldn’t be happier with my makeup! It looked beautiful, photographed perfectly, and stayed intact for over 3 hours at the beach despite the wind and humidity. I didn’t need any touch-ups, which honestly impressed me. Thank you Sharan for amazing work.
