My worst facial experience ever. I seldom write reviews but this was worth it as I do not want others in the same boat as I am. I have been here once before, it was the owner who did my facial at that time. Was average....linens and wash towels were dirty but service wasn't this bad. This time I scheduled my appointment a day ahead. When I arrived there was only one beautician doing facial, eyebrows everything.
