Can I just say, that Shara Sand is incredible? Literally incredible. Don't listen to the person who called her a quack. I started seeing Shara with so many basic skills lacking- Distress tolerance, emotional regulation and had so much social anxiety. I am MILES away from when I started with her. 100% would recommend. Thank you so much Shara- I am so thankful for you
