After breaking my wrist, I was not making much progress in my physical therapy for two months. I began wondering if I would ever recover the use of my right hand. A friend suggested I try Shara Ogin. After one session of her very focused feldenkrais micro-tractions in the 90 minute session, having her work my hand and then continuing the specific exercises she gave me, I am typing this with both hands just days later!
