My experiences with **** and the people at Shappley has always been positive. I've been doing business with Shappley Sew & Vac., Inc. for 25+ years. They are very knowledgeable on the products they carry. They have a good product supply as well.
Your saleswoman was extremely attentive and helpful without interrupting my sharing concerns, preferences, etc.
Shappley sew and vac is a wonderful store. I bought an embroidery machine from them several years ago . I took lessons there to learn how to use the machine and buy my supplies there. Everyone in the store is very friendly and so helpful. I'm so glad we have a local store that can service the machine and always have it ready in a timely fashion!!
They are very nice. I wanted an embroidery /sewing machine. The sales women showed me three machine and demonstrated the embroidery function. The next day, I purchased the one that scored the most perks with me.

The entire staff was courteous and I did not feel any pressure to buy anything. They gave me a great price on my trade in( Elna Heirloom) and I applied it to a new Elna eXcellence 680+which is sewing like a dream 😄
Shappley Sew & Vac was my first business to call to inquire about their vacuum products. They confirmed that they sold *************** vacuums, my choice of products. Upon my visit to review and experience a demonstration of the products, I was greeted with a very professional greeting and assistance.
