Dr. Shapnik is very thoughtful and kind. She has an ability to listen and allows the patients time to express their concerns. Very competent and we always leave her office better than we were when we got there. She is now a physician for all my immediate family and extended family, as well. Office staff is prompt and responsive.
I have known Dr.Shapnik for over 13 years and i am very pleased with her services. She dedicates her time to each patient, very thorough and professional. She truly cares about her patients!
I have very bad experience with this doctor. She used to be amazing but she changed. She never call after blood work even it is abnormal and she doesn’t return phone calls for 3 month. You can’t ignore your patients. Very disappointed.
