I have been going to Shapiro’s for several years and have found them to be very responsive to my needs.
Nancy was very pleasant and conducted a thorough hearing evaluation before recommending the right hearing aids for my situation. I am very pleased with them - they are so much better than others I have gotten elsewhere in the past! I also appreciated the time she took to explain everything and answer all my questions. The entire process was a positive experience!
