Greg is the best! He helped my husband and I buy our first home. Greg was always in our corner. He guided us through every step of the process and ensured it was a smooth transaction. Less than an hour to close! I would definitely use him again!
My experience with this firm was not good. The initial conversation felt rushed and some important details were not discussed because of this. After meeting with another firm where all the important facts were given proper attention, the legal problem was solved with a simple phone call to the tenent.

As a real estate agent I have recommended Greg Monteleone many times to clients and I have personally used Greg Monteleone when selling my home and buying a new one.
Can't believe these lawyers received ANY 5-star reviews! They sent us and many of the neighboring families in our complex threatening letters because we were supposedly not up to date on servicing our dryer ducts and chimneys. The letters stated "...after numerous attempts to contact you..." which was false.
