Lauren has really gone above and beyond in preparing Los Angeles for the future of body transformations. Amazing prep for my trip! I suffer from swollen everything and was amazed by my 5 hour session.
First of Lauren was great. You walk in to this place and you are greeted with love. Now I am a pretty slim guy and she still managed to get a whole inch off of my waistline. None of the services were invasive or uncomfortable at all. Just a little new and different. After slimming my waist she threw me in a chair that I thought was a basic massage chair but this thing had a name. “Nana” the massage chair started working on my feet, then my back up to my shoulders and OMG, IT WAS AMAZING!! Thanks Lauren see you again soon!
Louise made this experience as good as I thought it would be ! The treatments were so relaxing and Very much needed . I felt welcomed and comfortable walking into shapestress. Def want To come back !
