Yesterday was my first excercise session with Jose. He was great. Very easily to follow his directions but was a intense workout and felt great afterwards. He makes you feel comfortable and guides you along the session. Getting excited to see how everything works out with the whole nutritional and excercise package.
Mr fuentes is so amazing. very humble helpful His knowledge of the body in finding ways to heal is very positive. I had a painful shoulder so with some therapy exercise and the use Of oils and massage has improved my condition movement on my shoulder

Jose was my trainer when I lived in New Jersey. He knows the science health and weight management as well as all aspects to guide you to living healthy. He motivates you to keep going and lose the weight . I wish he could still be my trainer! He has taught me things which I still apply today to my workouts and everyday living . I highly recommend his company to anyone who wants to look and feel better and live a healthier lifestyle.
My friend Colleen looks fantastic.She is down 25 lbs.. Jose works her hard,but its worth it...on her way to skinny!
