I’ve been training at Shapes Westwood for the past two years, coming in 2–3 times a week, and it’s been such a positive part of my routine and overall well-being. I just moved to Westwood and decided to check out Shapes as it is very close to my home. I walked in to take a tour and gather information, not expecting to sign up.
