Best Experience!!!! – I just started going to Shapes and Colors about 6 months ago and my first time there I was treated like a princess. I'm absolutely in love with Shapes and Colors. I had gotten my hair done a week earlier at a different salon and I looked like a skunk. Black hair with white streaks. I went to Shapes and Colors and they did a wonderful job. Ask for Robert – I go to Shapes and Colors for Robert. He is the best! I always feel like a million bucks when I leave. The overall feel of Shapes and Colors is pleasant and I enjoy going there. Recommend!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE – I went in for a hair coloring and told the girl I don't like dark hair. She picked the color out and told me when it fully dried it would be lighter. I went back and talked to the girl that did my hair, and said I'm unhappy with my hair color. It looks more black than brown. Her response to me was I'm not coloring your hair over."
