Scheduled an appointment for 11:15. Lady did not show up until 11:18 then takes a walk in after ai told her I have an 11:15 appointment she says OH. I wait 16 mins for her to finish the walk in. My appointment time and service is pulled up on the screen. She proceeds to try to start threading and I told her my service I booked is for waxing! She says we don’t do waxing. I'd only say that this was a bad place so that others wouldn't come...but it's simply not true, the workers here put a lot into making one transform beautifully! Customer for over 10 years!

Christineh is sooo rude, aggressive in doing your face and she has a very bad attitude. She cut my eyebrows and all of my face turned so red. I don’t know how she is working on this job. I hate going to this place.

Worst customer service ever! This lady named Deepa was so rude and then left one eyebrow thicker than the other. I asked for my eyebrows to be thinned and she told me that they were not good thinned, once she finished and i left, i had to come back because i realized one was way thicker and she proceeded to tell me that “no one likes thin eyebrows” and that my brows were simply just like that so that’s why one is thinner.
