I have been to see Sylvia through 4 different life changes and honestly at this point she is a staple in my life. She will target my mental challenges and effectively make suggestions on what I need to change in order to lose the weight and keep it off. If I could give her 20 stars I would! I recommend Sylvia at any point in life! Her bio-feedback and customer service are a force when it comes to over coming those difficult times in life and stress eating.
This is the Best place Ever! Sylvia is a miracle worker..who has helped my body tremendously! Biofeedback Therapy has gotten rid of my Anxiety..inability to sleep at night...night eating..and inability to lose weight! I am now extremely calm..which my body is now able to heal...my Gut is healing..no more heartburn...inflammation is better...no more joint pain..my metabolism is faster..I've lost 20 pounds. I highly recommend seeing Sylvia...Body Balance is key! She Balances the Body naturally!
