After hours of dealing with local Memphis Toyota dealer who offered no help at all, after calling Toyota's "customer care" number and being told flat out nonsense -i called Shapen Toyota, I forgot the guys name but if you're in the area and want the BEST part/service department in Texas - this is the place you call.
Not happy
It was good 👍, but it remains to be seen how they treat you after you buy the vehicle. I have a part on the back floor board that should be in the truck bed, I think. Still in a judgemental mode right now of the personnel.
