I've been attending ShapeUp Kickboxing classes at the Cumming location for eight months. I average 4-5 classes a week. The classes are fast paced and high energy making it a very fun workout. The instructors are welcoming. They are very accommodating and encouraging for all skill levels and want to help you maintain your fitness goals. Zach and RJ run an incredible kickboxing class. I started several months ago for weight loss to add something other than walking. As a beginner to kickboxing this place has been amazing! I highly recommend! The instructions are clear and straight to the point and I am always motivated to do better with each class you attend!!!
If you are looking for a great Kickboxing place this is your place to go to. The people and instructors are amazing. Very supportive. You build a friendship and family with them. They support you every step of the way and help you. You won't be disappointed. I am even contemplating starting Hapkido with them. They are that amazing. My kid has been going to HapKiDo for almost 3 years now. Over years I have seen great improvement in his attitude, focus and he has become very confident. Coaches are very helpful, friendly and always support the kids. I would highly recommend this place.
