This is a great facility! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the management is remarkably accommodating. My work takes me out of town for months at a time, and I have been able to pause my membership with no issues. There is a small fee, but no pushback from management. Shape Up also has some really good gear. The hack squat and standing calf raise machines are very well designed. There are two cable crossover machines and both work very well, allowing you to exercise the muscle from every angle.
The worst, most unprofessional business owner I’ve ever come across with outdated equipment. Do NOT go to this gym
