DON'T BUY THEIR WINDOW WELL PRODUCT. ONE STAR ISN'T EVEN WORTHY. Followed their instructions for installing the plastic window wells to ensure the specs were correct. Spec sheet is online. (SEE PIC). Purchased their compatible (their words) bubble cover later ONLY TO FIND they don't fit. (SEE PIC). A 39" spec width cover WON'T FIT a 40" spec width window well. I spent over $1600 on custom window well covers. Unfortunately they do not fit. When I inquired about what their refund policy is they refused to respond to me in email or phone call repeatedly. I tried for weeks asking them if they do a partial, or full return/reimbursement, and they cant even respond.
Had an issue with missing hardware for an egress window cover. Contacted the company and they send out replacements immediately. Great customer service!
Love their flat window well covers, they fit well and work great. We ended up buying 3.
I worked with Emma (Marketing Manager) regarding damaged window well covers. She was quick to respond to my messages and I had replacements within the next day sent to my house. They were under warranty. Awesome customer service and definitely will purchase Shape Products in the future!!
