I just completed a 12 session series with Monique at Shape North County over a 2 month period. I lost 8 lbs. in my belly and dropped from a size 36 to 34 pant size. Movement is easier now, it feels nice to be leaner, and I feel healthier. The treatment was comfortable, and included the laser application and standing on a vibrating platform. Many times people say... oh my trainer does a great job. And i'm sure everyone does however Monique Daily has gone far beyond what I expected with her New program using the Zerona z6. I have loved every single moment of my experience with Shape and Robin. With the help of the laser and Robin's amazing guidance I met my goal weight that I could not have done myself.
