This is a wonderful studio with a variety of classes. For women over 65 who want to stay in shape, improve balance, and strength, this is the go to studio.
Carissa consistently delivers superior workouts. The instruction/ prompts are clear and informative and given in an efficient way. I always feel like I learn a new skill and that my body is being strengthened and nourished.
Shape class is one of my favorite workouts! Always challenging & always feel great after.
