Megan and Shape it up is quite possibly the best fitness place! I have been working out here since summer and the constant positive encouragement, high energy, welcoming vibe has been a wonderful welcome. Not to say I’ve also changed my mindset towards working out and my overall self because of Megan! We are so grateful to have this is in our community!
Shape it Up is the place to be!! Megan and her instructors bring amazing positive energy everyday. You can tell her heart and soul is in it to help others better themselves. She's the cheerleader you always needed Great classes, great community and super adorable clothing too!!
There is no better way to start your day than at Shape It Up and I find myself longing to scream it from the rooftops. We show up daily for the great workouts but we stay for the laughs, support and connection made with some of the most amazing women. SIU quickly became a new kind of therapy for me and my day isn't quite complete without it.
One week left on my “60 day fitness makeover” one on one training sessions. I can feel the results! Brittany shows up every session with a custom plan for me based on my progress and goals. Her approach is effective, productive and much appreciated. Owner Megan’s ready smile, infectious enthusiasm and genuine interest in each person motivates you to do more than you think you can.
