She is always late, does an amazing job on eyebrows but never open on time.. waiting 30 mins after opening time is ridiculous
I just went to get my brows cleaned up and she completely changed the brow shape on one brow & only because she told me in the middle of it so I stopped her from doing it on the other one. That was about 2 months ago & that brow is still ugly 😭 she also over cut them

Arrived at business at 5:45 and door was closed. Rude lady said she couldn’t help anymore clients because she had a busy day and was already closing the register. She stated she leaves right at 6:00 and couldn’t reopen the register. I am a very upset because I drove from 20 miles away to make it there before 6:00 and didn’t get service !! I tried speaking with the owner I called the business and I was instructed by the rude lady to call back the next day !! I have no time for bad service
