This is my 2nd visit to a Shape House but a new location. My goal is to visit all 4 NY locations before I make one my go to spot. This location was smaller than the UWS location. There were no hand towels in the bathroom or a separate dressing room so you had to change in the bathroom. The staff was friendly & personable. However, there was no music so it was easy to get distracted while sitting in the relaxation room by the staff's personal telephone conversation next door. I've been to the other locations but this by far is the best. From the friendly yet professional staff to the decor.

I wanted to lose weight and i saw a video about sweat house and so I bought 2 sessions from groupon, first you have to create an account to make an appointment, i was hesitant to put my cc number when i registered because i already bought a session from Groupon, i tried calling their customer service several times, nope, a lot of times but to no avail just to confirm that im not gonna get charge, until a week of my voucher is about to expire, i put my cc and complete the registration, I made an appointment and i went...
