Dodgy builder with poor workmanship.
Dishonest builder, builds all are built poorly with many defects.
Bad after sales customer service. The owner tried to contact the company regarding the house problem but they said the house is not include in the maintenance warranty.
Very professional team to deal with. They always verify with customer if there is need for variation from the specifications. They deliver on time.
I had a great experience building with Shape Homes for a Townhouse construction, my PM Tomi G was excellent in his communication, flexibility and attention to detail. We had an independent inspector who picked up minor issues during the final inspection but all of these were dealt with promptly and effectively with no delay.. Would build with Shape again. Thanks Tomi!
