Very thorough and professional builder. We had a great experience building our investment property with them in Leopold. They completed the built within 6 months and every stage of the build and the sub-tasks could be traced online with photographs. The communication was consistent and hassle free. There were hardly amy defects reported by the building inspector. Shape homes. Your quality is woeful. After one year and 2 tiny little nails and whatever this glue is to hold it all up!!! Caved in on top of me and hurt me.
We recently finished our build in Charlemont and we could not be happier with the service and result. Devon McIntosh (the site Supervisor) was fantastic the whole way through. Always available and happy to answer any questions we may have. From signing the contract to moving in the process was seemless and extremely quick. We love the new home and would highly recommend SHAPE Homes and Devon to anyone and everyone.
